Description
A low growing bush that is commonly used as a border for gardens, walking paths, and driveways. This shrub will need some space as it can spread up to 12 feet. Grows easily in most soil types. The leaves and twigs give off an aromatic fragrance when bruised. Tiny yellow flowers bloom in the spring on the twig tips. Female flowers turn into clusters of hairy, red berries with a sweet lemon scent in the summer. Leaves produce brilliant red, orange, and purple fall colors.
We also sell Staghorn Sumac and Winged Sumac which are taller than Fragrant Sumac.
