It is the responsibility of the customer to read and agree to the terms and conditions of the sale prior to their purchase.
Payment: ONP sells by online orders only from customers with an account. If you are a new customer you will need to set up an account to make an order. All personal information collected will be kept secure and used only for the processing orders. Payment can only be made online; no orders will be processed or completed without first receiving payment.
Cancellations or Adjustments: Cancellations or adjustments to any order will only be accepted prior to shipping; if a cancellation occurs after the order has been shipped payment of the order will not be reimbursed. To cancel or adjust your order prior to shipping please email our office at o[email protected] with the subject heading “Cancel” or “Adjust”.
Replacement Policy: As with shipping any live product there is the potential for damage or loss of value through the shipping process. If your order has been damaged to the extent of needing a replacement please email us immediately with an attached picture of your damage order. We hold all rights to determine whether the damage is extensive enough to warrant replacing. Replacement of your plants can only be done within the first 48 hours of you receiving your order. Should a replacement be required we will do our best to ship the exact species that was damaged. If for some reason the exact species cannot be supplied another species can be chosen of equal or lesser value. Another option is to have the cost of those plants refunded.
Returns: Returned product will not be accepted at any time.
Other Conditions of Sale: Shipment times and stock supply are subject to change due to weather and or other situations beyond our control. If one of these situations arise we will do our best to compensate any current orders and adjust online inventory as necessary.
At this time we will be shipping within Ontario only.
