Add a splash of red to your garden! This is a low maintenance perennial that grows well in a variety of garden locations, but prefers soil that retains a higher moisture level. It is best grown in clumps to attract bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds. Great for planting beside a pond or stream. Like Wild Bergamot, the leaves of this Beebalm also give off a sweet aroma. This plant has a clumping habit and spreads by rhizomes, making it a good choice for soils that need stabilizing.
