Description
A beautiful short grass with ornamental value throughout the year. Round-shaped foliage has a blue tinge in the summer, which turns to an attractive golden brown/red in the fall. It is an extremely drought tolerant grass which can also handle poor soil. A great choice for full sun in your garden. Hosts many butterflies’ larvae such as Indian and Leonard Skipper. Serves as a hiding place for small wildlife and provides habitat and food for song, ground, and game birds. Do not plant near other aggressive plants as it does not handle competition.
