Description
Water loving shrub with leaves that give off a sweet fragrance when rubbed. Grow in wet, rocky locations or along boggy areas. Not a very large shrub and often used for bordering ponds, foot paths, or property edges. Flowers form in spring before leaves emerge. Easy to maintain and makes a wonderful habitat for many birds and small wildlife. The leaves can be dried and made into a tea.
