Refund/Replacement Policy

We want you to have the best plants possible!

Our policy is to provide a refund, reshipment, or store credit coupon for plants that are damaged in transit, and we request that customers contact us within 48 hours of receipt of their plants to alert us to any issues. We will typically ask you to monitor your plants for a couple of weeks, after which time we will provide compensation for any that do not recover.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer long-term insurance on our plants (e.g. plants that did not survive the winter, etc.) as there are too many factors beyond our control that impact how plants do once no longer in our care. Thank you for your understanding!
